A clitty is what many transwomen call their dangly bits… what men would call their penis.
The origins are from body dysphoria, feeling their physical characteristics do not match what their mind says they should look like. (Men’s genitals that should be a woman’s would be a common form of transwoman gender dysphoria.) Not all transfolks have body dysphoria, but plenty do, so instead of saying a person who, as a woman who was AMAB (Assigned Male At Birth), has a penis, the transwomen have renamed their body parts to fit their reality.
“Clit” or “Clitty” is a common term. There are other names: “Girldick,” “Outie,” “Strapless,” and there are still transwomen who will use the term “dick” or “cock.”
Each Person Names Their Own Body Parts
The deal is the person names their own privates. Do not assume; Wait until you know before using a term. Of course, asking about someone’s genitals as a matter of course is a rude thing to do, but if you are making out with someone… AFAB/AMAB/Cis/etc. it’s a good idea to ask them what they would prefer to call their privates. Then use their words, not yours or even ones you see here.
Most of all BE POLITE & RESPECTFUL. If it’s none of your business, don’t ask about it.
Good afternoon mistress. Great post. I love how you want to help people understand either misgivings or stereotyping you’ve helped me with a future call. I suppose another way to describe the “Clitty” would be as a vestigial penis. By definition it’s not completely developed much like a woman’s clit. If you look at a woman who has a large clit it does look like a penis. Just my 2 cents.
I do welcome your comment, but will be a tad political about it. Why is it the man’s organ is the default? Why not the clitoris being the default and the man has an overgrown clitoris? I could go on an entire rampage about that, but will not because I like you lots, Bob. 🙂
I was a midwife and have seen hundreds of thousands of women’s genitals and never never never has a large clit EVER looked like a penis. Maybe to a man it does, but not to this midwife/woman.

Good morning mistress. Great point regarding a mans penis being the default. Being a male I guess the male part of my brain took over and completely pushed aside any logic I should have used. I’m happy you like me but maybe a rampage might help me understand you and women in general. Liars knows that I don’t.
