Color Your Phone
Your phone is one fantastic way to celebrate your feminine side. I can hear you now… “I can’t put that Barbie phone cover on! Everyone will recognize me as a sissy if I do that.”
One of the easiest ways to decorate your phone with women is with female superheroes. No one will bat an eye because they will be thinking you are lusting after her, not wanting to BE her!
There are an endless array of designs now for phone covers. Google “Artistic Phone Covers” and you come up with a plethora of ideas. Here are a few:
I especially like the ones that highlight different famous artists because you can choose from your favorite artist and use that as an excuse for your pretty phone. Anytime you grab your phone, you will be reminded of your sissy self.

Writing this, I learned you can have custom tablet covers made! Google it and you will find places to have that done, including Etsy, of course.
Here, you can be even more creative. Perhaps you want to put your favorite gaming characters on there… make sure you put the heroine as well.
Eating Like a Sissy
It’s all the rage to do what is called “Mindful Eating.” What is that? It is staying in every moment and enjoying each morsel at its fullest; the taste, the texture, the scent, the chew, and even the swallow.
You might be asking, “What does this have to do with being a sissy?” A lot!
As you’re eating mindfully, you can picture yourself as a dainty socialite who eats pristinely. You take care not to embarrass yourself at the table. No shoveling food in. Taking small bite. Chewing many times before swallowing. Then dabbing your mouth gingerly with a napkin after each bite.
You might get your family asking what the heck you are doing, but you have the perfect answer: Mindfully Eating!
Definitely with eating like a sissy!!! What diet do you do to have awesome petite girlish body Ms Daphne??? I need to do whatever your doing so I can fit into my dresses leggings yoga pants as well get rid of ugly ugly ugly gut!!! Any help is most welcome!!!
I am not petite at all. Petite women are under 5 feet two inches. I am 5 feet 7 inches. I am a lifelong vegetarian, but I try and eat vegan as much as I can.
You want to find an eating plan you can stick to. And realize that the older we are, the harder it is to lose weight/get fit. It can happen, it just takes a LOT of work! Good luck!
I’m going to get back to the bodybuilding diet that got me lean cut and ripped! Hate being fat!!! That must must must change!!! If other can be this way so can I!
OMG, how did I miss this post all this time?! Brilliant ideas, as always, Ms. Daphne! May I offer some ideas I’ve picked up? Listen to feminine-focused podcasts, on topics like ballet or fashion or cheerleading. I would be on my phone, but searching Twitter or Instagram for ballerina posts or about wedding dresses (just keep the screen turned away from others!). If you see your reflection in a store window, take a moment to touch up your hair. If out dining alone, order what some might view as a woman’s meal, such as salmon or a salad, with a nice glass of white wine, of course!
