Yes Mistress Daphne, a daily bike ride has been part of my regimen for years! Fresh air, exercise…(that’s not a bad word!) and a chance to interact with nature (flora and fauna)
This is win win win and win when the potential to develop killer gams is thrown into the mix!
Of course I’ve yielded to temptation and devil may care and have pedalled my ass off many times with it being clad in a pretty pair of panties in that “what if” frame of mind.
Eventually practically won out and I now ride my bike clad in more athletic boy underthings.
